Donkor Charles Football Community (DCfc) is dedicated to transforming the lives of marginalized youth in rural Africa through the power of football. Through our tournaments and development programs, we provide marginalized youth in rural Ghana with opportunities to grow, learn, and dream beyond their circumstances. Football is more than just a game—it's a platform for education, leadership, and community empowerment. By nurturing talent and instilling life skills, we aim to create a future where every child has the chance to succeed on and off the field.
Our Program Director has over a decade of experience empowering underserved youth through sports, education, and community-based initiatives. From leading gear donation efforts in high school to serving in the Peace Corps in Uganda and now working with USAID for five years, they bring invaluable expertise in program management, youth development, and international partnerships to DCfc.
Rudolf Okyere-Darko, Program Manager for DCFC, has been passionate about football since childhood, though his playing career was cut short due to health issues. Recognizing the opportunities football provided him, he dedicated himself to helping young players by integrating sports and education. Now a key figure in Atwima Kwanwoma Municipal Education, he serves as a Municipal Sports Executive Committee Member, Twedie Circuit Sports Organizer, and a sports teacher, using his expertise to empower youth on and off the field.

Agyekum Emmanuel, an Operations Coordinator at DCfc, plays a key role in maintaining structure and efficiency by managing logistics, coordinating events, and fostering community engagement. His experience with the Ghana Police adds discipline and order, ensuring smooth operations and effective program implementation.
